The hotel is conveniently located in the midtown area, with easy access to the harbor and plenty of shops along the way. the rooms are kept clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the staff is helpful and friendly, with the cleaning staff making sure to visit daily. the breakfast offers a decent selection, ensuring that you won't go hungry. There is also a BBQ night and a Turkish night that provide a unique dining experience.

Staff were good, food reasonable

Loungers were booked and not used by guests when they went out therefore unless you got up early and put a towel on a lounger you were out of luck. Too many lilo's in the pool made it difficult to swim

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location in the center of the city was convenient for exploring the shops, markets, restaurants, and discos. We were also pleasantly surprised by the short distance to the Havana beach club. Additionally, the staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

Nice and clean hotel in the midtown area next to Atatürk Evi (excellent orientation point for e.g. taxis), swimming pool, adequate breakfast.

Great location near the city and marina, making it easy to explore and dine out. Clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds.- Enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, especially the BBQ and Turkish night events

Some staff members were rude and unwelcoming, especially towards families with children. Unpleasant encounter with the manager regarding rationing of food and cutting off the all-inclusive wristband earlier than stated.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Alanya and was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for both the rooms and the onsite market. Secondly, the location was ideal as it was not far from the harbor and within walking distance of the beach club. And lastly, I was really impressed by the attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I found this hotel to be a hidden gem in terms of its attention to detail, convenient location, and exceptional service.
